Behind the saga
Five novels and a game, held in one living canon. A look at the production system behind Elyria's Fall — plot secrets redacted.
One canon, many moving parts
A custom production system keeps the whole saga consistent — every chapter, arc, world detail, and game beat cross-checked against one source of truth. This is a redacted snapshot of that machine.

Production tracker
The OS scores the saga across production categories — from series architecture down to line-level craft — so nothing is declared "done" before it truly is.
The canon engine
Every manuscript is parsed into a structured graph of chapters, scenes, characters, and world facts. When a name, date, or place changes, the system flags everywhere it ripples — across all five books and the game at once.
It also drives the world you see on this site: the star charts, location rosters, and faction data are generated from the same canon the novels are written against.
Certain panels — continuity ledgers, setups & payoffs, and character dossiers — are redacted here to keep the story's surprises intact.
Game build · Dark Sun: Anchor
The game is built gate by gate toward a 45-minute, public-ready slice — a private playtest ("is it fun?") stands between the greybox and the polish.
Snapshot — build states move fast. See The Game for the full showcase.
